This study aims to analyze the influence of communication and teamwork on employee job satisfaction, with work motivation serving as a mediating variable, at PT Sumber Indah Lestari (Dan+Dan), Bekasi Utara and Bekasi Barat branches. The study was motivated by customer reviews indicating suboptimal service quality, including ineffective communication, inadequate product knowledge, slow response to customer needs, and declining employee motivation, which may affect job satisfaction. This research employed a quantitative approach with a causal research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4, including the evaluation of the outer model, inner model, and mediation effect. The results indicate that communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and work motivation. Teamwork also has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and job satisfaction. Furthermore, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The mediation analysis demonstrates that work motivation partially mediates the relationship between communication and job satisfaction as well as the relationship between teamwork and job satisfaction. These findings suggest that improving communication, strengthening teamwork, and enhancing employee motivation are essential strategies for increasing employee job satisfaction and supporting better service quality.
