Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance, compensation, and workload on employee performance at the Yogya Losari Brebes Department Store. The study used a quantitative approach with non-probability sampling techniques through the saturated sample method, involving the entire population of 56 employees. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire that was compiled to measure the research variables, then the data was analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the analysis showed that the compensation and workload variables had a significant effect on employee performance, while work-life balance did not have a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, all three variables have been proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings confirm that adequate compensation and proper workload management are important factors in improving employee performance. In contrast, work-life balance was not shown to be a determining factor in the context of this study. This research is expected to be a consideration for company management in creating a more conducive work environment, with a focus on compensation policies and workload management, in order to support the achievement of optimal work results and increase organizational effectiveness.
