Membangun Membangun Desa Melalui Penguatan Ekonomi Manajemen Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Menuju Generasi Tangguh di Desa Balong Bendo

The growth of MSMEs continues to expand throughout the villages, strengthening the economy in Balong Benda Village. The goal of strengthening the economy through improved business management is to increase business profits and impact the village generation. The methods used include observation, outreach, training, mentoring, and program sustainability. The results showed that, based on observations, MSME management was initially managed simply. After participating in training, business actors gained an increased understanding of the importance of management in running their businesses, including planning, organizing, implementing or leading, and supervising. Through the training, participants, consisting of business actors, began to understand that the ability to manage all resources is crucial for business progress. Another problem is that almost all MSMEs do not have regular transaction records, so they do not know the actual amount of profit or loss. Through training and mentoring, most business actors were able to compile daily transaction records and began to understand the benefits of financial reports as a business control tool.
